Reasonable Best Efforts definition

Reasonable Best Efforts means best efforts, to the extent commercially reasonable.
Reasonable Best Efforts means a party’s best efforts in accordance with reasonable commercial practice and without the incurrence of unreasonable expense.

More Definitions of Reasonable Best Efforts

Reasonable Best Efforts means the efforts that a prudent Person desirous of achieving a result would use in similar circumstances to achieve that result as expeditiously and as reasonably as possible.
Reasonable Best Efforts means, with respect to a party hereto, prompt and persistent efforts as a prudent Person desirous of achieving a result would use in similar circumstances; provided that the parties hereto will be required to expend only such resources as are commercially reasonable in the applicable circumstances.
