Receivable Information has the meaning set forth in the RPTA.

Receivable Information means the information listed on Exhibit IV hereto (together with any other information relating to the Receivables provided by the Borrower to the Agent from time to time) as such Exhibit may be modified by the Agent in consultation with the Borrower from time to time.
