Receivables Agent means General Electric Capital Corporation, as administrative agent under the RPA.
Receivables Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as agent for the Purchasers under the RPA.
Receivables Agent means Citibank, N.A.

  • Nothing contained in this Section shall affect the rights of the Receivables Seller, Receivables Agent, Receivables Purchasers or Purchaser Agents with respect to Receivables transferred prior to delivery of such notice.

  • In determining which Accounts are Eligible Receivables, Agent may rely on all statements and representations made by Borrower with respect to any Account.

  • Each of the Receivables Agent and the Receivables Purchasers shall be deemed to have entered into and continued with the Receivables Documents in express reliance upon this Agreement and the Lenders and the Lenders Agent shall be deemed to have entered into and continued with the Loan Documents in express reliance upon this Agreement.

  • Subject to the rights of the Receivables Agent, the depositary bank will be instructed to transfer all credit balances in the Receivables Concentration Account to the Receivables Funding Account not later than the close of business on each Business Day, and no other withdrawals shall be permitted.

  • Receivables Seller means the Borrower or those Subsidiaries that are from time to time party to the Permitted Receivables Facility Documents (other than any Receivables Entity).

  • Receivables Pool means, at any time, all of the then outstanding Receivables purchased or otherwise acquired by the Seller pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement prior to the Facility Termination Date.
