Receivables Collateral definition

Receivables Collateral. That portion of the Collateral which consists of Accounts, Accounts Receivable, General Intangibles, Chattel Paper, Instruments, Documents of Title, Documents, Investment Property, Payment Intangibles, Letter-of-Credit Rights, bankers’ acceptances, and all other rights to payment.
Receivables Collateral. That portion of the Collateral which consists of the Borrower's Accounts, Accounts Receivable, General Intangibles, Chattel Paper, Instruments, Documents of Title, Documents, Investment Property, letters of credit for the benefit of the Borrower, and bankers' acceptances held by the Borrower, and any rights to payment.
Receivables Collateral means all the assets pledged to the ABL Collateral Agent on behalf of the ABL Secured Parties as security for the ABL Obligations.
