Proceeds of Common Collateral include insurance proceeds and, therefore, the Lien Priority shall govern the ultimate disposition of insurance proceeds to the extent such insurance insures Receivables Collateral.
Nothing in this Agreement impairs or otherwise adversely affects any rights or remedies the ABL Collateral Agent or the ABL Secured Parties may have with respect to the Receivables Collateral.
