Receivables Purchaser definition

Receivables Purchaser means any purchaser or investor which purchases undivided interests in or otherwise finances Receivables Assets, and includes any agent of any such purchaser or investor.

Receivables Purchaser means any Person, other than the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary, that (individually or with other purchasers) purchases receivables on a discounted basis under a Qualified Receivables Transaction for cash and fair market value.

Receivables Purchaser means each Person from time to time party to the Receivables Purchase Agreement in the capacity of a “Conduit Purchaser” or a “Related Committed Purchaser”, as each such term is defined in the Receivables Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Receivables Purchaser

Receivables Purchaser means (a) any Special Purpose Receivables Subsidiary or (b) any Person which is not an Affiliate of the Lead Borrower.
