Upon irrevocable (onaantastbaar) receipt of any U.S. Received Amount, the U.S. Obligations shall be reduced by an aggregate amount (the “U.S. Deductible Amount”) equal to the U.S. Received Amount in the manner as if the U.S. Deductible Amount were received as a payment of the U.S. Obligations on the date of receipt by the Administrative Agent of the U.S. Received Amount.
