Receiving Member definition

Receiving Member shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4(b).

Receiving Member means a Member which will be receiving a payment in a Bulk Clearing Settlement Run.

More Definitions of Receiving Member

Receiving Member means in respect of an account transfer the Member to which the account of the client is to be transferred.
