Reclamation Bonds definition

Reclamation Bonds means the bonds pledged or posted by one or more Sellers in connection with the operation of the portion of the Acquired Assets owned by such Seller. A description of all Reclamation Bonds is set forth on Schedule 1.1F.
Reclamation Bonds has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12.
Reclamation Bonds means all cash (or cash equivalent), letters of credit and surety bonds posted by or for the benefit of any of the Arch Companies to secure the performance of their respective reclamation or other obligations pursuant to, in connection with or as a condition of the licenses held by any of them, as set forth on Schedule 4.2.31(1).

Examples of Reclamation Bonds in a sentence

  • Each Seller hereby agrees that, until Purchaser is able to post its own bonds with each applicable Governmental Authority, the Reclamation Bonds will remain in full force and effect and the applicable Seller shall not apply for any release thereof.

More Definitions of Reclamation Bonds

Reclamation Bonds shall include those bonds set forth on the attached schedule ofSurety Bond Without Premium,“as the same may be updated and/or revised by the Parties from time to time.
