Purchaser shall cooperate with Sellers to obtain the requisite consent from all Governmental Authorities to the release of the Reclamation Bonds.
Each Seller hereby agrees that, until Purchaser is able to post its own bonds with each applicable Governmental Authority, the Reclamation Bonds will remain in full force and effect and the applicable Seller shall not apply for any release thereof.
