recordal means recordal in the records of the Office;
recordal means recordal in the records of the Off ice;
Recording means the electronic, mechanical, stenographic or other recording made as required by Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 74.
Recordation "record," or "recorded" means, with regard to NOx allowances, the movement of NOx allowances by the administrator from one NOx allowance tracking system account to another, for purposes of allocation, transfer, or deduction.
Recorder means either a personal video recorder (PVR) or digital video recorder (DVR) which must satisfy the following features:
Registry means, in relation to each Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;

Requesting state means a state which invokes the procedures of the compact to secure the undertaking or intensification of measures to control or eradicate 1 or more pests within 1 or more other states.
UCC Searches has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(v) hereof.
deeds registry means a deeds registry as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937);
Listing Statement means the listing statement of the Acquiror in accordance with requirements of the CSE in respect of the Transaction;
Land Registry means the Land Registry of England and Wales.
executing State means the Member State to which a European protection order has been forwarded with a view to its recognition.
Lease Assignments means the assignments of real property leases and subleases by and between a member of the Nuance Group, as assignor, and a member of the SpinCo Group, as assignee, in each case as set forth on Schedule XII under the caption “Lease Assignments.”

Copyright Office means the United States Copyright Office.
Electronic recording A mortgage or a mortgage-related document created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means (that complies with the requirements of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as applicable) that has been accepted for recording by a participating county land records office which accepts such electronic record of a mortgage or a mortgage-related document as an alternative to recordation of the original paper form of such document.
Filing Statement means all UCC financing statements or other similar financing statements and UCC (Form UCC-3) termination statements required pursuant to the Loan Documents.
Intellectual Property Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iv).
Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
Certificates of Merger has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
sound recording means a recording of music, poetry, or spoken-word performance, but does not include the audio portions spoken and recorded as part of a motion picture, video, theatrical production, television news coverage, or athletic event.
Conveyancing and Assumption Instruments means, collectively, the various agreements, instruments and other documents heretofore entered into and to be entered into to effect the transfer of Assets and the assumption of Liabilities in the manner contemplated by the Distribution Agreement, or otherwise arising out of or relating to the transactions contemplated in the Distribution Agreement.
