Records and Data definition

Records and Data means all books, contracts, documents, technical information and data (in paper or electronic form), maps, surveys, drilling samples and assays in the possession or control of Tahoe relating to Tahoe, its subsidiaries or the Tahoe Concessions;

Records and Data means all books, contracts, documents, technical information and data (in paper or electronic form), maps, surveys, drill core samples and assays owned by Marathon;

Records and Data means all material books, contracts, documents, information and data (in paper or electronic form) owned by the Company;

Records and Data means all books, contracts, documents, technical information and data (in paper or electronic form), maps, surveys, drill core samples and assays owned by Peregrine;

Records and Data means records and data of Insurer, including all records and data developed or maintained under or related to this Agreement that are otherwise the property of Insurer, in whatever form maintained, including, but not limited to, claims and claim files, policyholder lists, application files, litigation files, premium records, rate books, underwriting manuals, personnel records, financial records or similar records within the possession, custody or control of Agency.

Records and Data has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 16(a).
