The Agent shall make available promptly to the Funds copies of the Funds’ Records and Data upon the Funds’ request.
The terms and conditions contained in this Contract that shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract include but are not limited to: Fraud, Overpayment, Indemnification and Hold Harmless, Inspection, Maintenance of Records, and Data Use, Security, and Confidentiality.
