Recovery Actions definition

Recovery Actions means, collectively and individually, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions and other claims or causes of action under sections 510, 544, 547, 548, 549, 550 and 553(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and other similar state law claims and causes of action.
Recovery Actions means, collectively and individually, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, rights of setoff, and other claims or causes of action under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code and other applicable bankruptcy or nonbankruptcy law.
Recovery Actions means, collectively and individually: (a) preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, rights of setoff, and other claims or causes of action under sections 510, 544, 547, 548, 549, 550 and 553 of the Bankruptcy Code and other applicable bankruptcy or nonbankruptcy law; (b) claims or causes of action arising out of illegal dividends or similar theories of liability; (c) claims or causes of action based on piercing the corporate veil, alter ego liability, or similar legal or equitable theories of recovery arising out of the ownership or operation of the Debtors; (d) claims or causes of action based on unjust enrichment; (e) claims or causes of action for breach of fiduciary duty, mismanagement, malfeasance, or, to the extent they are claims or causes of action of any of the Debtors, fraud; and (f) claims or causes of action relating to the provision of retiree medical benefits and the provision of director and officer liability insurance or indemnification.

Recovery Actions means, collectively and individually, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, rights of setoff and other claims, demands, rights or causes of action under sections 502(d), 510, 544, 547, 548, 549, 550 and 553 of the Bankruptcy Code and other applicable bankruptcy or nonbankruptcy law.

Recovery Actions means, collectively and individually, all claims and causes of action held by the Debtors' Estates of any nature, including without limitation claims and causes of action under sections 502(d), 544, 545, 547, 548, 549, 550 and 553 of the Bankruptcy Code, and any other avoidance or similar action under the Bankruptcy Code or similar state law, and the proceeds thereof, whether received by judgment, settlement or otherwise.
