Recovery Claim definition

Recovery Claim means any claim by any Obligor or a member of the Group or any of its Affiliates (or any employee, officer or adviser) against any other party to any Acquisition Document.
Recovery Claim has the meaning given to it in Clause 8.2 (Disposal, Insurance and Recovery Proceeds and Excess Cashflow).

Examples of Recovery Claim in a sentence

  • Any amounts received by Operator in settlement of a Recovery Claim or in payment of a judgment on a Recovery Claim shall be paid over to Company.
