Examples of Recovery Claim in a sentence
The Maker unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to pay upon demand any and all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable and documented attorneys’ fees and expenses) paid or incurred by the Holder in endeavoring to collect the Liabilities when due and owing, in enforcing the terms of this Seller Note, or otherwise in connection with any Recovery Claim.
Notwithstanding Section 12.09 or any of the other provisions of this Plan, this Plan shall not release any 1992 Merger Consideration Recipient from any 1992 Merger Consideration Recovery Claim.
The Plan also constitutes compromise of controversy in respect of the CIC Recovery Claim.
Any Costs Recovery Claim submitted by a Participant must set out in reasonable detail the tasks undertaken by or on behalf of the Participant applicable to the Costs Recovery Claim (including, where appropriate, referencing the Project Workstreams and Project Budget and Schedule), be accompanied by a statement setting out in reasonable detail the calculation of the amounts shown in the invoice and, where applicable, be accompanied by copies of any relevant third party invoices.
Generally speaking, CIC/Centre Re will receive $15 million of the first $30 million of any FHS Recovery in settlement of the CIC Recovery Claim.
