Recreational Facilities definition

Recreational Facilities. – shall mean the properties and areas owned by the District intended for recreational use, including but limited to, the Pool, Playground, and Dog Park together with its appurtenant facilities and areas.
Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
Recreational Facilities means those areas of the Development which are coloured yellow hatched black on the Plans and the recreational and sporting facilities from time to time provided in such areas for the residents in the Development and their bona fide guests and visitors, together with all facilities and areas ancillary thereto;

  • Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in a loss of privileges to use the Recreational Facilities.
