Recurring Charge definition

Recurring Charge means a monthly recurring charge set out in the Application for Service.
Recurring Charge means, with respect to any Service, the amount that is due and payable by Customer to Supplier for each month (or portion thereof) that such Service is provided to Customer.
Recurring Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15(B).

Recurring Charge means one or more charges placed on a consumer’s account after the consumer’s initial purchase that is made without further authorization from the consumer, and which is charged unless the consumer takes an affirmative step to prevent the charge.
Recurring Charge means a charge which involves a liability beyond the financial year in which it is originally sanctioned;
Recurring Charge means the recurring charge applicable to the applicable Charging Period. Recurring Charge means the monthly charges to the Customer for services, facilities, and/or equipment, which continue for the agreed upon duration of service.
