Redemption Payment definition

Redemption Payment means with respect to any Series or Class of Notes, any payment of principal of and interest on the Notes of such Series or Class due from the Note Issuer upon the early redemption of such Series or Class of Notes, other than any such payment due by reason of the occurrence of an Event of Default with respect to such Series or Class of Notes.
Redemption Payment is defined in Section 10(a).

Examples of Redemption Payment in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of the Mandatory Redemption Payment, the corresponding Note principal and interest will be deemed paid and no longer outstanding.

  • On the Redemption Payment Date, the Redemption Amount must be paid in good funds to the Holder.

  • The Mandatory Redemption Payment must be received by the Subscriber on the same date as the Company Shares otherwise deliverable or within ten (10) business days after request, whichever is sooner ("Mandatory Redemption Payment Date").
