Redemption Rights definition

Redemption Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Redemption Rights means the rights granted under the Supertel Limited Partnership Agreement to the limited partners to redeem, under certain circumstances, their limited partnership interests for shares of Common Stock (or cash at the option of the Corporation).

  • Prior to the Closing, none of the funds held in the Trust Account may be released except: (i) to pay income and franchise Taxes from any interest income earned in the Trust Account; and (ii) upon the exercise of Redemption Rights in accordance with the provisions of SPAC’s Organizational Documents.

  • Following the Closing, no shareholder of SPAC shall be entitled to receive any amount from the Trust Account except to the extent such shareholder is exercising its Redemption Rights.
