Redemption Trigger Date definition

Redemption Trigger Date means that date which is five years plus one day after the Original Issuance Date; or such later date as the Corporation and the Class 1 Majority Holders may agree in writing.

More Definitions of Redemption Trigger Date

Redemption Trigger Date means the fifth anniversary of the Initial Issue Date. “Reference Property” has the meaning set forth in Section 10(i)(i).
