Redetermination Date definition

Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).
Redetermination Date means (a) with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination, each April 1 and October 1, commencing October 1, 2007, (b) with respect to any Special Redetermination, the first day of the first month which is not less than twenty (20) Business Days following the date of a request for a Special Redetermination, and (c) with respect to any redetermination pursuant to Section 2.13(d), the date upon which any Credit Party completes any Asset Disposition.
Redetermination Date shall have the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.08(a).

Examples of Redetermination Date in a sentence

  • Within three Business Days of its receipt of a New Borrowing Base Notice, the Borrower may provide written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders that specifies for the period from the effective date of the New Borrowing Base Notice until the next succeeding Scheduled Redetermination Date, the Borrowing Base will be a lesser amount than the amount set forth in such New Borrowing Base Notice, whereupon such specified lesser amount will become the new Borrowing Base.
