Redevelopment Law definition

Redevelopment Law means Article VIII, Section 12 of the Constitution of the State and Chapter 18, Article 21, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended.
Redevelopment Law means the Community Redevelopment Law of the State, constituting Part 1 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
Redevelopment Law means the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California (California Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.).
