Redevelopment Plans definition

Redevelopment Plans. As defined in Section 2(c).
Redevelopment Plans is defined in the DDA. “Reference Date” is defined in the DDA.
Redevelopment Plans has the meaning assigned to such term in the Fiscal Agent Agreement.

Examples of Redevelopment Plans in a sentence

  • All Alterations undertaken by Tenant pursuant to this Section 9, and use thereof, shall be in compliance with all then-applicable Laws, Private Restrictions, the Redevelopment Plans and the terms of this Lease.

  • Tenant will direct the property manager for the Property (the “Property Manager”) to complete the lease-up of the Property in accordance with the terms of the Redevelopment Plans.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 13 to the contrary, Tenant may, without the consent of Landlord, (i) grant a collateral assignment and/or a leasehold mortgage or other security instrument to a mortgagee in connection with a loan used to finance the Redevelopment of the Property, (ii) assign this Lease to an Affiliate of Tenant (which remains an Affiliate of Tenant following such Transfer), and (iii) cause the lease-up of the Property in accordance with the Redevelopment Plans.

  • If the Redevelopment Plans contemplate the development or redevelopment of the Property (or if, during the Term, any capital projects are required on the Property), Tenant shall enter into contracts with such architects, engineers, contractors and other such professionals (each, a “Development Professional”) as may be required to effect such development, redevelopment or other capital project.

  • As set forth in the Planning Cooperation Agreement, the Planning Commission shall review and Approve the design of specific office developments on Commercial Lots containing office development that is subject to Planning Code sections 320-325 pursuant to the Redevelopment Plans.

Redevelopment Plans means the Redevelopment Plan for the Lancaster Residential Redevelopment Projected adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 158 on November 13, 1979, the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Business District Redevelopment Project adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 226 on June 1, 1981, the Redevelopment Plan for the Fox Field Redevelopment Project adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 289 on December 20, 1982, the Redevelopment Plan for the Amargosa Redevelopment Project, adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 321 adopted on October 17, 1983, the Redevelopment Plan for the Lancaster Redevelopment Project No. 5 adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 360 on November 26, 1984, the Redevelopment Plan for the Lancaster Redevelopment Project No. 6 adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 505 on July 3, 1989 and the Redevelopment Plan for the Lancaster Redevelopment Project No. 7 adopted by the City by Ordinance No. 624 adopted on November 28, 1992 and includes any amendment thereof hereafter or heretofore made pursuant to the Law.

Redevelopment Plans means the redevelopment plans adopted for each of the project areas composing the Project Area, as they may be amended from time to time.
Redevelopment Plans means, collectively, the Mission Bay North Redevelopment Plan and the Mission Bay South Redevelopment Plan.
