Reduction Amount definition

Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).
Reduction Amount means the amount by which a Reducing Percentage Lender’s outstanding Loans decrease as of a Commitment Increase Effective Date (without regard to the effect of any borrowings made on such Commitment Increase Effective Date after giving effect to the Commitment Increase).
Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(vi).

  • Any Appraisal prepared in order to determine the Appraisal Reduction Amount with respect to a Serviced Whole Loan shall be delivered by the Special Servicer, upon request, to each related Serviced Companion Loan Holder.
