Reemployment Commencement Date definition

Reemployment Commencement Date means the first day following a One-Year Period of Severance on which an Employee is entitled to be credited with an Hour of Service described in Paragraph (a)(1) of the definition of “Hour of Service” in this Article.
Reemployment Commencement Date means the date on which an Employee who terminates employment with the Employer and all Related Employers first performs an Hour of Service following such termination of employment.
Reemployment Commencement Date means the first date, following the Severance from Service Date, on which an employee performs an Hour of Service.

Examples of Reemployment Commencement Date in a sentence

  • Each anniversary of the hire date, or Reemployment Commencement Date as applicable, of such Participant.

  • Under the Elapsed Time Method, an Employee receives credit for Service for the aggregate of all time periods (regardless of the Employee’s actual Hours of Service) commencing with the Employee’s Employment Commencement Date, or with his/her Re-employment Commencement Date, and ending on the date a Break in Service begins.

  • An Employee who incurs a Separation from Service will enter or re-enter the Plan as a Participant for purposes of Elective Deferrals on his/her Re-employment Commencement Date (provided he/she is not an Excluded Employee), unless the Employer is a Church.
