Reemployment Commencement Date definition

Reemployment Commencement Date means the first day following a One-Year Period of Severance on which an Employee is entitled to be credited with an Hour of Service described in Paragraph (a)(1) of the definition of “Hour of Service” in this Article.
Reemployment Commencement Date means the date on which an Employee who terminates employment with the Employer and all Related Employers first performs an Hour of Service following such termination of employment.
Reemployment Commencement Date means the first date, following the Severance from Service Date, on which an employee performs an Hour of Service.
