Reference Amount. In relation to (a) any Term Obligation, the Outstanding Principal Amount thereof and (b) any Committed Obligation, the Commitment Amount thereof. Utilization Amount: In relation to any Calculation Period, the daily average of the Portfolio Notional Funded Amount during such Calculation Period. Reference Amount means an amount per Ordinary Share that is consistent with the dividend policy of the Company as applied or to be applied for a period or projected period of at least three years.
