Reference Form definition

Reference Form means the Reference Form attached as Appendix B.
Reference Form means a Compound or Licensed Product (i) in the form being sold by Pfizer at the time of termination of this Agreement covered by Section 9.5, and/or (ii) in the form used in any ongoing clinical trial at the time of termination of this Agreement covered by Section 9.5 and/or (iii) in the form used in a clinical trial completed by Pfizer at the time of termination of this Agreement covered by Section 9.5.
Reference Form means the Company’s reference form, prepared by the Company in accordance with the CVM Resolution 80, available on the CVM and Company pages on the world wide web.

Examples of Reference Form in a sentence

  • The Reference Form must be downloaded from the “Attachments” section of the IonWave eBid System, reviewed, properly completed, and uploaded to this location.

  • Principals who have supervised a guest teacher for ten (10) days or more will, upon request, complete a Professional Reference Form.

  • Except as provided in Linx’s Reference Form, Linx and its subsidiaries have all the licenses, permits, permissions and authorizations for the opening and operation that are materially necessary to conduct their businesses.

More Definitions of Reference Form

Reference Form means the reference form of the Issuer, prepared by the Issuer in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 480, available on the pages of the CVM and the Issuer on the Internet.
