Reference Market definition

Reference Market means the Reference Market as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Reference Market maker" means any marketer, trader or seller of or dealer in energy products whose long-term unsecured senior debt has an Investment Grade rating.
Reference Market means the principal regulated market in which the Underlying Asset is traded.

  • For the purpose of calculating “Exposure” in Paragraph 10 of the Annex, the Valuation Agent shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Rating Agencies, seek two quotations from Reference Market- makers; provided that if 2 Reference Market-makers are not available to provide a quotation, then fewer than 2 Reference Market-makers may be used for such purpose, and if no Reference Market-makers are available, then the Valuation Agent’s estimates at mid-market will be used.
