Reference Rate Determination Date definition

Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):
Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the Reset Date on which such Reset Interest Period commences.
Reference Rate Determination Date means (unless otherwise defined in the applicable Final Terms) the date falling five Business Days prior to each Interest Payment Date.
