Refunding Bond definition

Refunding Bond or “Refunding Bonds” means all or a portion of the
Refunding Bond means any Bond authenticated and delivered on original issuance pursuant to the Second Resolution for the purpose of refunding any Outstanding Bonds, or thereafter authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Second Resolution in lieu of or substitution for such Bond.

  • Any Refunding Bond surrendered to the Paying Agent for payment, retirement, exchange, replacement or transfer shall be cancelled by the Paying Agent.

Refunding Bond means any Bond authenticated and delivered on original issuance pursuant to Section 206 for the purpose of refunding any Outstanding Bonds, or thereafter authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Resolution in lieu of or substitution for such Bond.
