Refunding Bonds definition

Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.
Refunding Bonds means the bonds authorized to be issued pursuant to Article V.
Refunding Bonds means all Bonds authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 2.04 hereof.

  • The Issuer may also issue from time to time Completion Bonds and Refunding Bonds of a Series under and pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Series of Bonds.
