Regional Area definition

Regional Area means all areas in Western Australia other than the
Regional Area means the area included within an area municipality at the time a development charge pursuant to this By-law is imposed;

More Definitions of Regional Area

Regional Area means any area that is not a Capital City.
Regional Area means all areas in Western Australia other than the metropolitan area.
Regional Area means any of those regional health planning areas established by the agency to which local and district health planning funds are directed to local health councils through the General Appropria- tions Act.
