traditional leader means the leader of a traditional authority that had been identified by the MEC in terms of section 81 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act to participate in the proceedings of the council.
national law means the law of the Member State in which the Processor is established;
Regional Center means a facility or program operated directly by the department that provides services and supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of coordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services
Youth Football means those participating at ages under 11s to under 18s.
National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);
Regional Entity shall have the same meaning specified in the Operating Agreement.
Academy means the academy named at the beginning of this Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and includes all sites upon which the academy undertaking is, from time to time, being carried out.
Regional means area of impact is less than "Statewide" but includes one or more regions of the state ("Northwest", Northeast", "Central", "Southwest", or "Southeast") other than the 11-county "Metro" region.
National Labor Relations Act means the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;
International airport means an airport:
international carriage means any carriage in which, according to the contract of carriage, the place of departure and the place of destination are situated in two different States, or in a single State if, according to the contract of carriage or the scheduled itinerary, there is an intermediate port of call in another State;
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;
Regional economic integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention and which has been duly authorized, in accordance with its internal procedures, to sign, ratify, accept, approve or accede to this Convention;
regional council means a regional council established under section 2 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992);
Museum means a non-profit making, permanent institution in the service of society and of its development, and open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence of people and their environment;
Community services means any type of counseling and advice, emergency assistance, medical care,
National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed by the President under section 207(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;
Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.
Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,
National Housing Act means the National Housing Act (Canada), a federal law that promotes the construction of new houses and the repair and modernization of existing houses. CMHC provides mortgage default insurance under this law.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
