Regional Street means those streets listed in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77;

More Definitions of Regional Street

Regional Street means a high-volume corridor with moderate to higher speeds serving vehicles traveling through Concord and beyond. Regional streets have four to six lanes, often with medians and parallel parking as appropriate. The term “regional street” is defined in the City of Concord General Plan, Chapter 5 Transportation.
