Registered Covered Bonds Deed definition

Registered Covered Bonds Deed means a deed of issuance of Registered Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Trust Deed substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 to the Trust Deed.

Registered Covered Bonds Deed means a deed of issuance of Registered Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Trust Deed in the form, or substantially in the form, of Schedule 5 to the Trust Deed. Registrar means Citibank N.A., London Branch appointed as registrar in relation to any Registered Covered Bonds pursuant to the Agency Agreement, or such other party as may from time to time be appointed as registrar.

• The signatures on this Covered Bond or the relevant Registered Covered Bonds Deed, as applicable, are manual and/or in facsimile.

• The applicable Final Terms (or the relevant provisions thereof) will be endorsed upon, or attached to, each Bearer Global Covered Bond, Bearer Definitive Covered Bond and Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• References to the applicable Final Terms are to the Final Terms (or the relevant provisions thereof) attached to or endorsed on this Covered Bond or the relevant Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• The applicable Final Terms will be endorsed on, incorporated by reference into, or attached to, each Global Covered Bond, Registered Covered Bonds Deed and Definitive Covered Bond in the standard euromarket form.

• References to the applicable Final Terms are to the Final Terms (or the relevant provisions thereof) attached to or endorsed on such Bearer Covered Bond or the relevant Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• Registered Covered Bonds will be issued to each holder by a Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• Registered Covered Bonds are registered claims ( vorderingen op naam) which will be issued to each holder by a Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• A form of deed of assignment and notification is attached to each Registered Covered Bonds Deed.

• The Covered Bonds are either Bearer Covered Bonds or Registered Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Registered Covered Bonds Deed, as set out in the applicable Final Terms, and, in the case of Definitive Covered Bonds, serially numbered, and in the case of Definitive Covered Bonds or Registered Covered Bonds in euro and the Specified Denomination(s).

• Registered Covered Bonds will either be issued by means of a Registered Covered Bonds Deed for all Covered Bonds issued (global) or for one or more Covered Bonds (individual).
