Registered IP definition

Registered IP means all Intellectual Property Rights that are registered, filed, or issued under the authority of any Governmental Body, including all patents, registered copyrights, registered mask works, and registered trademarks and all applications for any of the foregoing.
Registered IP means all United States, international or foreign (a) Patents and Patent applications, (b) registered Trademarks and applications to register Trademarks, (c) registered Copyrights and applications for Copyright registration, and (d) registered Internet Properties.
Registered IP means any Owned IP or other IP that is exclusively licensed to Seller that, in either case, is the subject of an application or registration with any Governmental Authority, including any domain name registration and any application or registration for any patent, copyright or trademark.

Examples of Registered IP in a sentence

  • Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any written notice or claim in the three (3) years prior to the date hereof setting forth a reasonable basis for challenging the validity or enforceability of any Company Registered IP that remains pending or unresolved.

  • To the Knowledge of the Company, since the Lookback Date, no third Person has infringed, misappropriated or violated any Company Intellectual Property or any Company Registered IP.

  • Each item of material Company Registered IP is currently in compliance with all formal legal requirements (including payment of filing, examination and maintenance fees) and, to the extent issued, is subsisting, and to the Knowledge of the Company, valid and enforceable.

Registered IP means Owned IP issued by, registered, recorded or filed with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before any Governmental Authority, Internet domain name registrar or other authority;
Registered IP means collectively, all Registered Owned IP and Registered Exclusively Licensed IP.
Registered IP means all Company Owned IP that, as of the date of this Agreement, is registered, filed or issued under the authority of, with or by any Governmental Authority, including all Patents, registered copyrights, registered Trademarks, registered domain names, and all applications for any of the foregoing.
