Such notice shall specify the date fixed for redemption or exercise of any option, the redemption price and the manner in which redemption will be effected or the terms of the exercise of such option and, in the case of a partial redemption or exercise of any option, the certificate numbers of the Bearer Notes drawn and the nominal amount of Registered Notes drawn.
The Registrar shall at all reasonable times during office hours make the Register available to the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Trustee, the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and the Transfer Agents or any person authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of holders of Registered Notes, their addresses and holdings as they may request.
The parties agree that all issues of Notes shall be made in accordance with the Programme Manual unless the Trustee, the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Relevant Dealer(s), the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and, in the case of Registered Notes, the Registrar agree otherwise in respect of any issue.
If a Bearer Note, Certificate, Receipt, Coupon or Talon that has been replaced is presented to an Agent for payment or exchange, that Agent shall forthwith inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent, in the case of Bearer Notes, or the Registrar, in the case of Registered Notes, which shall so inform the Issuer.
If any Note in respect of which information has been supplied under Clause 3.2 is not to be issued on a given Issue Date, the Issuer shall immediately (and, in any event, prior to the Issue Date) notify the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and, in the case of Registered Notes, the Registrar.
