Registered Owners definition

Registered Owners means the persons from time to time who are registered owners of the Warrants.

Registered Owners means the registered owners of Lease Participation Certificates in a Property Schedule as shown on the registration books maintained by the Agent.

More Definitions of Registered Owners

Registered Owners means the Person or Persons in whose name or names the particular registered Bond or Bonds shall be registered on the Bond Register.

Registered Owners means the registered owner or owners of the Bonds, which initially shall be the Bond Purchaser and which, upon transfer of the Bonds in accordance with Section3.07 hereof, shall mean the then current owner of the Bonds in whose name the Bonds are registered on registration books for the Bonds maintained by the Registrar.

Registered Owners means the registered owners of the Series 2020 Bonds.

Registered Owners and similar terms shall refer in each case, at a given date, only to the stockholders and the stock of the Corporation held by them as such information is set forth on the stock ledger of the Corporation as of such date.
