Registered Security definition
Registered Security means any Security registered in the Security Register.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in the immediately preceding sentence, in the case of any Registered Security which is converted, interest whose due date or Interest Payment Date is after the date of conversion of such Registered Security shall not be payable.
