All necessary application, registration, maintenance and renewal fees currently due in connection with such Registered Trademarks have been made and all necessary documents, recordations and certificates in connection with such Registered Trademarks have been filed with the relevant trademark or other authorities in Japan for the purposes of maintaining such Registered Trademarks.
