Registrar and Paying Agent definition

Registrar and Paying Agent means The Bank of New York in its separate capacity as Registrar and Paying Agent for the Bonds, or its successors or assigns.

Registrar and Paying Agent means HSBC Bank USA in its separate capacity as Registrar and Paying Agent for the Bonds, or its successors or assigns.
