The Bank shall not be obligated to maintain the Registration Books in any form other than those which the Bank has currently available and currently utilizes at the time.
The Bank will provide the City at any time requested by the City, upon payment of the agreed upon fee, a copy of the information contained in theDRAFT Registration Books.
The Bank as Registrar will maintain the records of the Registration Books in accordance with the Bank's general practices and procedures in effect from time to time.
