Registration Shares definition

Registration Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(a).
Registration Shares means up to 4,142,849 Ordinary Shares to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the 2012 Stock Option Plan, upon exercise of Stock Options or in the form of Stock Awards.
Registration Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a)(i).

More Definitions of Registration Shares

Registration Shares means the common shares (gewone aandelen) in the capital of the Issuer registered with the SEC pursuant to the Registration.
Registration Shares means those ordinary shares, which may be represented by American Depositary Shares, that the Issuer may sell and issue from time to time under the Registration Statement.
Registration Shares means the newly to be issued ordinary shares (gewone aandelen), nominal amount of EUR 0.01 each, in the capital of the Issuer, to be registered with the SEC pursuant to the Registration.
