Registry definition

Registry means, in relation to a Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;
Registry means the central database of ICP information maintained in accordance with the Code to assist switching and reconciliation;

Examples of Registry in a sentence

  • Registry Operator may self-allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
