Regular Dividend Period definition

Regular Dividend Period means each period from, and including, a Regular Dividend Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Regular Dividend Period, from, and including, the Initial Issue Date) to, but excluding, the next Regular Dividend Payment Date.
Regular Dividend Period means the period commencing on, and including, a Regular Dividend Payment Date (or if no Regular Dividend Payment Date has occurred, commencing on, and including, the Amendment Effective Time), and ending on, and including, the day immediately preceding the next succeeding Regular Dividend Payment Date.
Regular Dividend Period means a Subsequent Dividend Period consisting of 49 days as the same may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to paragraph 2(b)(i) in connection with the requirement of, or a change of law altering the requirements of, the Minimum Holding Period, but in no event exceeding 98 days.

Examples of Regular Dividend Period in a sentence

  • If the Company is prohibited from giving a Notice of a Special Dividend Period as a result of the factors enumerated in clause (x), (y), or (z) of the preceding sentence or if the Company gives a Notice of Revocation with respect to a Notice of a Special Dividend Period, the next succeeding Dividend Period will be a Regular Dividend Period.

  • In addition, in the event sufficient Clearing Bids are not made in any Auction or such Auction is not held for any reason, the next succeeding Dividend Period will be a Regular Dividend Period and the Company may not again give a Notice of a Special Dividend Period (and any such attempted notice shall be null and void) until sufficient Clearing Bids have been made in an Auction with respect to a Regular Dividend Period.

  • For purposes of clause (i) of this Section 1, in the event the Repurchase Closing occurs on a date during a Regular Dividend Period (as defined in the COD), the Liquidation Preference per Preferred Share shall include Accrued Dividends (in addition to all prior Accrued Dividends) calculated in accordance with Section 3(a)(ii) of the COD for such partial period.

  • In the event the Redemption Date occurs on a date during a Regular Dividend Period, the Liquidation Preference per share of Series A Preferred Stock shall include Accrued Dividends (in addition to all prior Accrued Dividends) calculated in accordance with Section 3(a)(ii) for such partial period through the Redemption Date.


More Definitions of Regular Dividend Period

Regular Dividend Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4(b).
Regular Dividend Period means, with respect to the AMPS, a Dividend Period consisting of 28 days.
