Regulated Activity definition

Regulated Activity means any generation, treatment, storage, recycling, transportation, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substances.
Regulated Activity in relation to children, has the meaning given in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000, and in relation to vulnerable adults, has the meaning in Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000;
Regulated Activity means each of the activities listed in Article (3)

  • The Recipient shall not employ or use the services of any person who is barred from, or whose previous conduct or records indicate that they would not be suitable to carry out activities with children, vulnerable adults and/or Regulated Activity or who may otherwise present a risk to children or vulnerable adults.

More Definitions of Regulated Activity

Regulated Activity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(e).
