Regulation A Offering definition

Regulation A Offering means the aggregate offering by all Series of the Company of Series Tranches pursuant to the exemption afforded by Regulation A (Tier 2) (“Regulation A”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”).
Regulation A Offering has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.
Regulation A Offering means that Regulation A Offering as filed and effective with the SEC on January 24, 2020 whereby the Company registered up to 10,000,000 shares to be sold at a price of $0.50 per share.
