Regulatory Agency definition

Regulatory Agency means any federal or state agency charged with the supervision or regulation of depositary institutions or holding companies of depositary institutions, or engaged in the insurance of depositary institution deposits, or any court, administrative agency or commission or other authority, body or agency having supervisory or regulatory authority with respect to the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Regulatory Agency means a Governmental Authority with responsibility for the approval of the marketing and sale of pharmaceuticals or other regulation of pharmaceuticals in any jurisdiction.

Regulatory Agency means any government body, including the Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission, and any organization, whether domestic or foreign, granted authority under statutory or regulatory provisions to regulate its own activities and the activities of its members, and includes Nadex, any other clearing organization or contract market, any national securities exchange or clearing agency, the National Futures Association (“NFA”) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
