Regulatory Approval definition

Regulatory Approval means, with respect to a Product in any country or jurisdiction, any approval (including where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registration, license or authorization from a Regulatory Authority in a country or other jurisdiction that is necessary to market and sell such Product in such country or jurisdiction.
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals, marketing authorizations, registrations and licenses (including amendments and supplements thereto) necessary from a Governmental Authority for the Commercialization or manufacture of the Licensed Products in or for the Territory.
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals (including price and reimbursement approvals, if required), licenses, registrations, or authorizations of any country, federal, supranational, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other government entity that are necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, transport and/or sale of a Product in such jurisdiction.

  • The Company shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to prepare, execute, deliver and file any and all agreements, documents or instruments that are necessary or desirable to secure and maintain Regulatory Approval for the Company Products in the Territory (other than the Betta Territory for so long as the Betta Agreement is in effect).

Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals, with respect to any jurisdiction, or authorizations (other than Price Approvals) of a Regulatory Authority, that are necessary for the commercial manufacture, distribution, use, marketing or sale of a pharmaceutical product in such jurisdiction.
Regulatory Approval means any approvals (including supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals and price approvals), licenses, registrations or authorizations, howsoever called, of any Regulatory Authority, which are necessary for the distribution, importation, exportation, manufacture, production, use, storage, transport or clinical testing and/or sale of a Licensed Product in a regulatory jurisdiction.
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals (including pricing and reimbursement approvals), licenses, registrations, or authorizations of any Regulatory Authority necessary to Exploit the Product in any country in the Territory, including any (a) approval of a Product, Marketing Authorization and supplements and amendments thereto; (b) pre- and post-approval marketing authorizations (including any prerequisite Manufacturing approval or authorization related thereto); (c) labelling approval; and (d) technical, medical, and scientific licenses.
Regulatory Approval means the approval of the applicable Regulatory Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of a product in a country (or countries), and including the expansion or modification of the label for additional indications or uses.
Regulatory Approval means any applicable approvals of any Governmental Authorities, including without limitation, where applicable, Marketing Authorization, schedule classifications, permits, licenses, registration, necessary and relevant to market, distribute, promote and commercialize Product in the Territory.
Regulatory Approval means with respect to a country, extra-national territory, province, state, or other regulatory jurisdiction, any and all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of any Regulatory Authority necessary in order to commercially distribute, sell, manufacture, import, export or market a product in such country, state, province, or some or all of such extra-national territory or regulatory jurisdiction, but which shall exclude any pricing and reimbursement approvals.
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals, licenses, registrations, or authorizations of the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Price Approvals, necessary for the Development, manufacture, use, storage, import, transport or Commercialization of Licensed Product in a particular country or jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, Regulatory Approval to Commercialize Licensed Product shall include Price Approval.
