Regulatory Compliance. Field Training", and "Consulting". To the Seller’s knowledge, there is no pending action or proceeding directly involving the Mortgaged Property in which compliance with any environmental law, rule or regulation is an issue; there is no violation of any environmental law, rule or regulation with respect to the Mortgaged Property; and nothing further remains to be done to satisfy in full all requirements of each such law, rule or regulation constituting a prerequisite to use and enjoyment of such Mortgaged Property. Regulatory Compliance means compliance with relevant UK and other regulatory rules and requirements. At its highest level this means the Bank’s “arrangements” to ensure that it comply with the regulators threshold conditions, Statements of Principle, rules, codes and guidance and any relevant directly applicable provisions of a European or group Directive or Regulation.
