Regulatory Conditions definition

Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;
Regulatory Conditions is defined in Annex I.
Regulatory Conditions means, in relation to any action at any time, any notifications to, or consent or the provision of non-objection (or, as appropriate, waiver) from, the Relevant Regulator for such action to be undertaken which are required at such time by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Relevant Rules;

Regulatory Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

Regulatory Conditions means the Conditions set out in paragraphs 3 (a) to (d) (inclusive) of Part 1 of Appendix 1 to the Offer Announcement and any other Clearances which are required pursuant to paragraph 3 (g) of Part 1 of Appendix 1 to the Offer Announcement;
