Regulatory Conditions definition

Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;
Regulatory Conditions means, in relation to any action at any time, any notifications to, or consent or the provision of non-objection (or, as appropriate, waiver) from, the Relevant Regulator for such action to be undertaken which are required at such time by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Relevant Rules;
Regulatory Conditions has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

More Definitions of Regulatory Conditions

Regulatory Conditions means, subject to clause 2.11 of the SCIA, the India Condition, the Japan Condition and the Korea Condition;
