Regulatory Licenses definition

Regulatory Licenses means licenses, certifications, authorizations, consents, easements, waivers, certificates of occupancy or other permissions from a Governmental Authority to engage or operate in the Business as currently conducted.
Regulatory Licenses means each Permit required to be held any Credit Party or any Subsidiary thereof to conduct its Business in compliance with Applicable Laws.
Regulatory Licenses means (a) each Permit listed on Schedule 7.19 and (b) each Permit required to be held by any Consolidated Company, or that any Consolidated Company must have rights to use, to conduct its Business in compliance with Applicable Laws.
