Regulatory Standards definition

Regulatory Standards means: the AQF; the National RTO Standards or the AQTF; and any other guidance issued from time to time by the relevant regulator (being VRQA or ASQA, as applicable) under its relevant standards. Related Training Provider means a registered training organisation that is any of the following: an entity that Controls, is Controlled by or under common Control with the Training Provider (whether directly or indirectly); an entity with whom the Training Provider has an arrangement, agreement or understanding for the purpose of providing the Training Services; or an entity one of whose Relevant Persons is: a Relevant Person of the Training Provider or an entity referred to in paragraph (a); or a 'relative' (as defined in the Corporations Act) of a person referred to in paragraph (c)(i).

Register of Trainers and Assessors means the register required to be established and maintained under Clause 12.8 of Schedule 1. Related Training Provider means a registered training organisation that is any of the following: an entity that Controls, is Controlled by or under common Control with the Training Provider (whether directly or indirectly); an entity with whom the Training Provider has an arrangement, agreement or understanding for the purpose of providing the Training Services; or an entity one of whose Relevant Persons is: a Relevant Person of the Training Provider or an entity referred to in paragraph (a); or a Relative of a person referred to in paragraph (c)(i). Relative has the same meaning as in the Corporations Act.
Regulatory Standards means all appropriate and applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements of Regulatory authorities relating to the performance of the Services or Manufacturing Responsibilities, as applicable.

Regulatory Standards has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.
Regulatory Standards means all standards, rules and regulations promulgated by a Regulatory Authority and applicable to the product and the manufacture thereof, including without limitation cGMP.
Regulatory Standards means (i) obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, licenses, filings and certifications required by the FDA or other Regulatory Authorities, and compliance with cGMPs, applicable to the Helsinn Facilities or Helsinn’s activities hereunder, and (ii) any laws, rules, regulations and standards of any Regulatory Authority, whether within or outside the United States that apply to such activities.
Regulatory Standards means (a) procurement and maintenance of any and all permits, licenses, filings and certifications required by Health Canada, the FDA or other Regulatory Authorities within the Territory, and compliance with the cGMPs applicable to the Manufacturing Facility or Emergent’s processing, storage, handling or other Manufacturing of the Materials or Products at the Manufacturing Facility, and (b) any Laws of any Governmental Authority within the Territory (including, as applicable, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and state and local authorities), that apply to the Manufacturing Facility or Emergent’s processing, storage, handling, shipment or other Manufacturing of the Materials or Products.
Regulatory Standards means (i) the facility license requirements and the current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations of the FDA applicable to the manufacturing facility for, or the production, storage or handling of Products, and (ii) any standards of any governmental authority, whether within or outside the United States (including, without limitation, the Environmental Protection Agency, OSHA and state and local authorities), that apply to the manufacturing facility for, or the production, storage or handling of, Products.
Regulatory Standards means (a) the Facility license requirements, including good laboratory practices, and the Good Manufacturing Practice regulations applicable to the Facility or Elite's research and development, production, packaging, storage or handling of Product at the Facility and (b) any standards of any governmental authority, including good laboratory practices, within the Territory, that apply to the Facility, Elite’s research and development facilities or Elite’s production, packaging, storage or handling of the Product.
